Iguatemi | Material Fact | Mall operations update in the State of São Paulo

Iguatemi empresa de shopping centers s/a Material Fact São Paulo, April 17th, 2021 - Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers S.A. (“Iguatemi” or “Company”) [B3: IGTA3] hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, as determined by local authorities, the Company will, starting Abril 18th 2021, resume operations in its malls located in the State of São Paulo as described below: The shopping malls Iguatemi São Paulo, JK Iguatemi, Market Place, Iguatemi Alphaville and Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto will resume their operations at reduced hours from Monday to Saturday, from 11 am to 7 pm and Sundays and holidays, from 1 pm to 7 pm; The shopping malls Pátio Higienópolis, Iguatemi Campinas, Galleria and Iguatemi São Carlos will resume their operations at reduced hours from Monday to Sunday, from 11 am to 7 pm; The shopping mall Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto will resume its operations at reduced hours from Monday to Sunday, from 12 pm to 8 pm; The shopping mall Iguatemi Esplanada will resume its operations at reduced hours from Monday to Saturday, from 11 am to 7 pm and Sundays and holidays, from 12 pm to 7 pm.
