(“Iguatemi” or “Company”) [B3: IGTA3] hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, as determined by local authorities, the Company resumed the operation in Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto today, June 7th. The mall will be open to the public at reduced hours from Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm to 8 pm.
