Iguatemi empresa de shopping centers s/a Material Fact São Paulo, May 27, 2021 - Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers S.A. (“Iguatemi” or “Company”) [B3: IGTA3] hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, following the recommendation made by the Mayor of Ribeirão Preto, Duarte Nogueira, at a press conference, from this Thursday May 27, Shopping Center Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto will remain open to the public only for the food and grocery operations with delivery system and the vaccination stands. The remaining stores will be closed to the public. These measures are valid until Monday May 31st, and aim to ensure the safety and health of all customers, storeowners, employees and suppliers.
