DESTAQUES - EBITDA ajustado de R$1.234bi e margem EBITDA ajustado de 12,2%.
- Lucro Líquido de R$ 22 milhões, revertendo o prejuízo de R$ 38 milhões no 1T20.
- Alavancagem Líquida de 2,96x com Prazo Médio da Dívida de 9,7 anos.
- R$ 707 milhões de geração de Caixa Livre.
- Primeiros avanços da Visão 2030: i) lançamentos de produtos em pratos prontos, suínos, substitutos de carne e PET; ii) Parceria com Aleph Farms para desenvolvimento de carne cultivada; e iii) Criação da Nova Vice-Presidência de Novos Negócios liderada por Marcel Sacco.
- Crescimento acelerado em Inovações: i) Total de 66 novos SKUs; ii) No Brasil, inovação atingiu 6,7% da Receita Operacional Bruta; e iii) No Internacional, avanço no portfólio de valor agregado.
- Destaques da agenda ESG: i) Doação de mais R$ 50 milhões que serão direcionados a ações de combate à COVID-19; ii) Encerramento das Investigações da Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) e do U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) nas Operações Carne Fraca e Trapaça; iii) Reconhecimento da Merco como a 2ª empresa do setor de alimentos mais bem avaliada por sua reputação; e iv) Assinatura dos primeiros contratos da parceria com o Banco do Brasil para financiar a instalação de painéis de energia solar nas granjas dos integrados.

BRF S.A. S.A. (B3: BRFS3; NYSE: BRFS) releases the 1Q21 results. We inform that the Company’s Investors Relations websites are updated (https://ri.brf-global.com/en/) the Message from Management , the Management Report, the Financial Statements (DF), and the Fundamentals and Spreadsheets.
HIGHLIGHTS - Adjusted EBITDA R$1,234 billion and Adjusted EBITDA margin of 12.2%.
- Net Income of R$ 22 million, reverting the R$ 38 million loss in 1Q20.
- Net Leverage of 2.96x with Average Debt Term of 9.7 years.
- R$ 707 million of free cash flow generation.
- Vision 2030 First steps: i) products launched in ready meals, value-added pork, meat substitutes and Pet Food; ii) Partnership with Aleph Farms to develop cultivated meat; and iii) creation of the vice presidency of New Businesses headed by Marcel Sacco.
- Innovation boosting: i) Total 66 new SKUs; ii) In Brazil, innovation revenue reached 6.7% of total Gross Revenue; and iii) in the International markets, increased value-added portfolio.
- ESG Agenda Highlights : i) Donation of additional R$ 50 million to fight against COVID-19; ii) Conclusion of investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) regarding Carne Fraca and Trapaça Operations; iii) BRF is the 2nd best-placed in reputation, according to research led by Merco, in the food sector; e iv) Signature of the first contracts related to the partnership with “Banco do Brasil” to finance the installation of solar energy panels in our integrated producer’s farms.
