COMUNICADO AO MERCADO A BRF S.A. (“BRF” ou “Companhia”) (B3: BRFS3; NYSE: BRFS) comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que realizou a contratação junto ao Banco do Brasil, de uma linha de crédito rotativo (revolving credit facility), até o limite de R$1,5 bilhão, pelo prazo de 3 anos. A referida linha de crédito poderá ser desembolsada total ou parcialmente a critério da Companhia, quando necessário. Adicionalmente, a Companhia realizou – com recursos próprios – a liquidação antecipada de contrato de empréstimo junto ao Banco do Brasil, que venceria entre agosto de 2021 e janeiro de 2022, cujo montante totaliza R$1,57 bilhão. Dessa forma, a Companhia continua atuando na otimização de sua estrutura de capital, reduzindo o custo médio do seu endividamento financeiro e mantendo, ao mesmo tempo, uma sustentável posição de liquidez de curto prazo. (“BRF” or “Company”) (B3: BRFS3; NYSE: BRFS) communicates to its shareholders and to the market in general that retained a revolving credit facility, before Banco do Brasil, up to the limit of R$1,5 billion, for the next 3 years. The referred credit facility can be disbursed totally or partially, at the Company’s will, whenever necessary. Additionally, the Company carried out - with its own resources - the early settlement of a loan agreement with Banco do Brasil, which would mature between August 2021 and January 2022, the amount of which totals R$1.57 billion Therefore, the Company continues to work to optimize its capital structure, reducing the average cost of its financial debt and, at the same time, maintaining a sustainable short-term liquidity position.
