| São Paulo, March 5, 2020 - Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers S.A. (“Iguatemi” or “Company”) [B3: IGTA3] hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, with the advancement of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the country, the Company’s shopping centers will have their operating hours as follows: Following the recommendation made by the Governor of São Paulo, João Dória Jr., at a press conference and published in the decree nº 65.545. From March 6 until March 19 of 2021, the following malls: Shopping Centers Iguatemi São Paulo, JK Iguatemi, Pátio Higienópolis, Market Place, Iguatemi Alphaville, Iguatemi Campinas, Shopping Galleria, Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto and Iguatemi Esplanada will remain open to the public at reduced hours, mainly, from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, only for the operation of essential services: pharmacies, health clinic and supermarkets. The remaining stores will be closed to the public. Tenants of these malls will be able to continue operating through the delivery and/or drive thru system, respecting the specific restrictions of each location. These measures aim to ensure the safety and health of all customers, storeowners, employees and suppliers. We are attentive to potential new determinations and recommendations of the Public Power and we will make the necessary changes in the measures mentioned above if necessary. Cristina Anne Betts
