| São Paulo, March 22nd, 2021 - The shareholders of IGUATEMI EMPRESA DE SHOPPING CENTERS SA (“Company”) are invited to meet at the Annual Ordinary General Meeting, to be held on April 22nd, 2021, at 10 am, at the Company's headquarters, located at Rua Angelina Maffei Vita, 200 – 9th floor – São Paulo – SP, in order to deliberate on the matters included in the Agenda mentioned below: - Examination, discussion and voting on the annual management report, the management accounts and the Financial Statements of the Company, referring to the fiscal year ended on December 31st, 2020
- Allocation of net income for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2020;
- Approval of the overall compensation of the Directors
