Notice to the Market | Creation of the Innovation &  New Business Department and New IR Director   São Paulo, December 04, 2020 – Marfrig Global Foods S.A. (“Marfrig” or “Company” – B3: MRFG3 and Level 1 ADR: MRRTY), one of the world’s leading beef producers and the world’s largest beef patty producer, informs its shareholders and the market of the creation of the Innovation &   New Business Department, with Mr. Rafael Braz named its executive officer. Reporting directly to Mr. Miguel Gularte, the new department will work to drive innovation at Marfrig in technology, business models, as well as stimulate new businesses to contribute to the Company’s growth.
