COMUNICADO AO MERCADO  EMISSÃO DE RATING CORPORATIVO DA COMPANHIA PELA AGÊNCIA S&P  VIA VAREJO S.A. ("Companhia”), em atendimento ao disposto no parágrafo 4º, do art. 157 da Lei nº 6.404 de 15 de dezembro de 1976, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que agência de classificação de riscos Standard and Poor’s Global Ratings (“S&P”) atribuiu à Companhia o rating corporativo ‘brAA’ na escala nacional brasileira, com perspectiva “Estável”. O rating ‘brAA’ enquadra-se na parte superior da categoria Grau de Investimento na escala local.
