São Paulo, December 24, 2020 - Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers S.A. (“Iguatemi” or “Company”) [B3: IGTA3] hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, with the new advancement of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the country, the shopping centers in the State São Paulo will have their operations affected in the following weeks. According to the presentation “Specific restrictive measures” made Tuesday, December 22, by the Governor of São Paulo, João Dória Jr., at a press conference, Shopping Centers and gyms should remain open only for the functioning of essential operations between December 25 and 27, and January 1 and 3. For sanitary reasons and for the protection of employees and customers, during the aforementioned days, the shopping centers Iguatemi São Paulo, JK Iguatemi, Pátio Higienópolis, Market Place, Iguatemi Alphaville, Iguatemi Campinas, Galleria, Iguatemi Esplanada, Iguatemi São Carlos, Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto and Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto will remain open only for the functioning of pharmacies, health clinics and supermarkets. The remaining stores will be closed to the public. The other Iguatemi malls have not been affected and will keep operating normally. These measures aim to ensure the safety and health of all customers, storeowners, employees and suppliers.
