FATO RELEVANTE Descontinuidade de Projeções Divulgadas  TOTVS S.A. (B3: TOTS3) (“Companhia” ou “TOTVS”) informa que, tendo em vista as deliberações tomadas pelos acionistas da Linx S.A. (“Linx”) em assembleia geral extraordinária realizada no dia 17 de novembro de 2020 e a consequente decisão do conselho de administração da TOTVS, em 18 de novembro de 2020, de cancelar a Assembleia Geral Extraordinária da Companhia que havia sido convocada para o dia 27 de novembro de 2020, ficam descontinuadas as projeções relativas às potenciais sinergias decorrentes da combinação de negócios entre TOTVS e Linx divulgadas em Fato Relevante de 8 de outubro de 2020. A seção 11 do Formulário de Referência da Companhia será atualizada nesta data para informar a descontinuidade de tais projeções. (“Linx”) at an extraordinary general meeting held on November 17, 2020 and the consequent decision by the TOTVS’ board of directors on November 18, 2020 to cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company that had been called for November 27, 2020, the projections regarding potential synergies resulting from the business combination between TOTVS and Linx disclosed in a Material Fact of October 8, 2020 are discontinued. Section 11 of the Company's Reference Form will be updated on this date to inform the discontinuation of such projections.
